Godrej Properties - Brand Executive (1-3 yrs)
Basic Purpose of the Position:
- Pune The objective of this position is effectively execute and manage all aspects of brand and project marketing.
- It would broadly encapsulate Above the line(ATL)/Below the line (BTL) marketing activities for leads and walkins generation, developing project specific promotion material like brochures/renders/animation, developing and managing web content, product and process innovation, competitive analysis, etc. along with on-site activities like ensuring pleasant & smooth customer experience at site offices.
Role responsibilities:
- Developing project specific promotion material like brochures/renders/animation, developing and managing web content, product and process innovation, competitive analysis in conjunction with respective L1 executives/managers
- Execution of creative servicing to site & sales teams basis launch/sustenance communication calendar designed;
- Managing the Quarterly/Monthly/Weekly creative requirement calendar to ensure achievement of business goals and site led plans are being met.
- Co-ordinate with various media agencies and ensure timely release of the advertisement across print, digital, Radio, Outdoors - Hoardings, Pole Kiosks, Billboards, Posters etc.
- Collateral Development concept and sign-off (3d models, renders, Avs, VR.) Vendor management
