Gocomet India - Team Lead - Inside Sales - US Region (4-6 yrs)
- Coach, train, evaluate and monitor inside sales representatives' performance
- Supporting the region in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and bookings goals
- Leading the team by recruiting, retaining, and developing a deep bench ensuring the continuity of the business
- Contributing to overall business strategy and planning while engaging with leaders across the integrated account team and the wider organization.
- Set and track sales targets and KPIs
- Manage and oversee the work of the inside sales representatives team

Work Timing: US Time: 7 PM to 4 AM
- To manage and collaborate with the team in order to achieve quarterly targets (Collaboration)
- To take ownership of the training and development of new recruits (Coaching and Mentoring)
- Be an active part in the hiring process and onboard the best fit for the organisation (Team building skills)
- To take accountability of team member's process compliance and regular monitoring on their progress (Analysis - What is working/whatnot)
- Be on top of Inside sales operational activities like CRM platforms and other tools (Research and Advancement)
- To initiate new ideas and content along with the team to increase efficiencies in the business (Innovation and Collaboration)
- To collaborate and work together with internal teams for improvement in the overall process
