Goceleb - Manager - Business Development (1-5 yrs)

Designation: Business Development Executive / Manager

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant experience

CTC: As per Industry Standards

Shift Timings - 11 am - 7:30 pm

Working Days - Mon - Sat (Alternate Saturday's off)

Responsibilities:

- Create associations & tie-ups with required companies

- Develop promotional plans to improve sales

- Meet monthly and yearly targets

- Regular reporting

- Responsible for achieving budgeted revenues on key accounts and conversion of key prospects through the preparation and execution of action plans.

- Innovate on sales strategy and lead generation channels

- Responsible for establishing and maintaining client referral relationship with Group, individuals, builders- channel.

- Developing & implementing Marketing & Operational Plans

- Creating new business opportunities in given segment without touching the existing client base

- Increasing the volume market share for given category in region

- Responsible for enriching customer experience

- Responsible for building the team

Requirements:

- Awareness of market trends & competitive activities

- Excellent Sales Skills & History

- Excellent Negotiation & Communication Skills

- Experience in Advertising/Entertainment/Events and/or Dealing with Celebrities

- Strategic, Analytical & Number savvy

- Team Player & motivator with sound interpersonal and analytical skills

- Good influencing skills & coordination skill

- Target Oriented

- Networking & high consumer focus

- Experience in handling external agencies

- Excellent with MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
