Regional Manager (Business Development)
Job Responsibilities:
- Generating and managing the demand(s) from the given region
- Managing the documentation (custom's paperwork), payments, transactions, credit exposure and risk in a particular region
- Manage, hire, train and develop the team of 2-3 sales executives
- Innovate and implement new strategies for increasing demand and getting new partners on-board
- Based on data collected and ground reports, proliferating in new areas and increase market share and volume
- Relationship management to ensure timely payments and repetition in orders with existing and newly added partners
- Travelling new cities/areas for market development based on leads, and gathering information about the processes, suppliers, agents etc. and strategizing on the same
Consignment tracking, splitting, distribution and coordination with central office team
- Coordinating with Central teams in implementing new policies, and following instructions as per requirements.
Qualities/Skills that we- re looking for:
- Prior work experience of about 2 years in sales or operations, preferably rural areas for an understanding of ground level dealing
- Good at negotiations and conversations, with strictly no inhibitions in meeting new people
- Owns a mode of transportation and doesn't inhibit in travelling nearby areas for market development based on leads and willing to work at night. Agri background is a bonus
- No inhibition in travelling new cities/areas for market development based on leads and willing to stay in rural/remote territories (Agri background is a bonus)
- Dedicated and Focused at work without any distractions
Regional Executive (Business Development)
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the consignment tracking, splitting, distribution and overall coordination with central office team for a given region
- Reporting and monitoring the sales activity in the market and constantly giving inputs on rates, local news, demands etc.
- Innovating and implement new strategies for increasing demand, distributing to roadside markets/vendors and getting new partners on-board
- Based on data collected and ground reports, proliferating in new areas and increase market share and volume
- Relationship management to ensure timely payments and repetition in orders with existing and newly added partners
- Travelling new cities/areas for market development based on leads, and gathering information about the processes, suppliers, agents etc. and strategizing on the same with the management
Qualities/Skills that we- re looking for:
