Solicit business for the Mobile App Engagement tie-up with Hospitality Partners in GOA like Hotels, Casinos, Tourist Spots, Film Festivals, Goa festivities & all other relevant events tie-up. Maximize profits of the hospitality industry through creative and selective selling to engage them with as VAS (Value Added Services) platform

REPORTS TO: Director of Sales & Marketing

SUPERVISES: Junior Sales Interns, Executives & Managers

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Office within the Sales Department and travelling. The job involves working:

Job Description

1. To implement Sales & Marketing Strategies, both

2. Collecting customer feedback and market research by being on the ground and getting to the core of the Transport industry, it's trending issues, competition mapping and putting that into sales strategy

3. Manage the portfolio of clients as per Company Standards & have account management responsibilities too with QBR (Quarterly Business Review)

4. Generate reports for the effectiveness of the marketing and sales plan

5. Conduct Market research and develop new marketing strategies and new products and services in line with market demand with on field research and surveys

6. Engage in superior customer service by making information readily available to other departments like operations, technology and support

7. Demonstrate products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management

8. Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary to be on the field all the time

9. Product Presentation, Follow up with clients for business expansion

10. Make product knowledge readily available to self and other salespeople through various resources & forums like LinkedIn, Share slide, etc..

11. Create a plan for gaining customers and retaining them with hardcore sales numbers

12. Analyse and creates a plan for engaging the target market with on-field presence by yourself and making management aware of the same

13. Analyse the competition to create a plan for the engagement, increase revenue and get on hunting the sales number, hardcore field sales way

14. Make product appeal to the target market by giving inputs as to what the product needs to be and what is the demand as you would be torchbearer to guide the other team in the company

15. Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base & get the desired sales number

16. This being a sales position concept selling is very much preferable

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

1. Graduate Minimum, PG would be preferred

2. 5-15 years- experience in a similar position in an upscale Hospitality industry partner

3. Need to have knowledge of Hospitality Industry/WEB/IT Company

4. Ability to communicate in English, Hindi & Konkani, both verbally and in writing

5. Compute basic arithmetic to apprehend sales quotas & achievements through PPT

6. Make own, personal & customized PPT based on Taxi World of Drivers, Tourists Feedback on a continuous basis

7. Make Slides on Powerpoints, represent numbers on excel sheets to make up & report sales numbers

Desirable:

1. College degree/Post Graduation in sales & Marketing is preferred, although not mandatory

2. Knowledge in a second language

3. Certification in Hospitality & or Work Experience in VAS (Value Added Services) Reseller Model

4. Previous Passenger/Customer/Tourist relations training and experience

5. Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy

6. Prioritize, organize and follow up

7. Be a clear thinker, remaining calm in resolving problems using good judgment

Be familiar with all Hospitality services/features so that Marketing & Sales collaterals are being made likewise by you & apprehended with your knowledge and local flavors of GOAN Community

Review the daily activities, such as:

a) Daily Sales report

b) Forecasted numbers for each Industry

c) Sales activity & it's feedback

d) Meetings

e) Appointments

f) Business Meetings & Tie-up Strategy collaboration

g) Marketing & Sales Events at regular intervals

h) Marketing Collaterals

- Foster and promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity & associate morale

- Interview and hire new personnel according to your sales lines budgets & Targets

- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports

- Input and access information in the computer and/or point of sales system

- Plan and conduct monthly departmental meetings and Daily Sales Meetings (DSM)

- Meet or exceed assigned monthly booking quota in the assigned market.

- Assist in achieving or exceeding budgeted goals in sales, profit and Value Added Services Business through all the segment being earmarked

- Plan and execute cost-effective and productive sales trips into assigned territory to improve and increase our penetration of that market

Qualification and solicitation of existing and new accounts through:

a) Personal visits

b) Telephone calls

d) Participation in promotional events

e) Participation in industry and community events, as well as trade shows
