Job Description:
- Client Communication
- Preparation of various documents
- Provide efforts & estimation of basic requirements
- Handling multiple clients
- Requirement gathering in the form of scope & proposal document
- Preparation of Requirement understanding documents & application workflow
- Preparing SOW
- Drafting post calls, MOM to keep organized records of the project in order to avoid future miscommunication
- Scheduling & providing detailed
- Creating, updating and managing multiple shared documents
- Coordinating between internal teams and external partners for campaign deployment
- Mapping team's activities with the set KRA's
- Understanding reports and creating intelligence
- Research work related to various Brands and Banks
Requirements
- MBA, preferably from Tier I/Tier II institutes or equivalent with relevant experience
- 2-5 years of experience in operations, marketing or B2B sales (Digital marketing, agency experience, banking experience a plus)
- Versatile and able to manage multiple dealings / negotiations concurrently.
- Disciplined in working with people at all levels, both within and outside the organization; able to synthetize and explain complex business scenarios and present to executives.
- Basic understanding of Brands/Platform and/or Banking Services
- Strategic thinker able to analyze data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to coordinate with precision multiple communication and data points
- Organized and structured. Documents, communication, sharing information
- Good with XL, WORD and power point
- Ability to rigorously follow up and find solutions
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of campaign management and account management
- Willingness to take on a support role - similar to sales excellence
- Google docs - good hold
