What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for experienced support personnel to join our growing team of agents who use emails, live chat, and phone support to help users find success using go4WorldBusiness. The ideal candidate will have a support-oriented, pleasing personality who has excellent command over English and who knows how to deal with difficult situations and yet come out making the customer feel like a million dollars.
About the job position
This position is full-time and based in our Okhla Phase III, New Delhi office. However, till the COVID-19 situation normalizes, you will be expected to work from home.
Position - Customer Success Agents
What you'll do :
- Handle pre and post-sales interactions with customers through strong relationship-building and product knowledge
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs
- Increase customer satisfaction by addressing challenges they are facing with respect to our product
- Provide quickest possible and accurate resolution to all customer queries
What You'll Need :
- Bachelor's Degree in any Field
- Must have impeccable English language skills (Verbal and written)
- Prior experience in Customer Support and B2B sales will be an added plus
