Hiring for under-graduate Business Development / sales role for an education services company
The role of the Business Development Manager is to work with Students, Domestic and International Institutes. Focus would be on increasing brand awareness, bringing in new Students. The role would include the generation and development of new business opportunities. The objective is focused purely on marketing & selling. It also involves the following;
- Brand Management
- Marketing Management
- Market Research
Key responsibilities
1. To be able to market Go Global Education to students
2. Develop competitive sales strategies for deeper market penetration. Responsible for executing overall business plan, lead generation and meet Sales Targets
3. Responsible for the entire life cycle of student management from lead generation to coordinating with International Institutes
4. Building relationships with Schools/Colleges/Domestic Institutes to be able to set up Fairs/Lectures/Marketing to their students
5. Providing inputs for budgeting of cost involvement with respect to business development, branding etc on various below the line (BTL) marketing/ promotional initiatives
6. Executing such Marketing initiatives
Capabilities
1. Excellent written & verbal communication.
2. The ability to be entrepreneurial in nature and have the ability to work alone
3. Ability to think - outside the box- to create pragmatic solutions
4. Ability to manage multiple projects at any one time.
5. Ability to influence key decision makers and to challenge when necessary
