GnK Hub - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and create compelling proposals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, their needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's client base and market presence.
- Participate in negotiations, contract discussions, and closing deals.
- Provide insights to improve products/services based on client feedback and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry developments to identify emerging opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in [relevant field, e.g., Business, Marketing, Economics].
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Development Associate or similar role.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and business development goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify growth opportunities.
- Familiarity with Upwork, Guru, Freelance, etc
- A results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
