GMX Services - Customer Support Role (1-3 yrs)
Job Details :
- You will be supporting customers of the Worlds 2nd Largest Mobile & Computer Manufacturers in the Indian region
- You will be answering concerns regarding Technical Queries.
- You will be handling inbound customer queries about the customer's Mobile, Computer Laptop, and all other Electronic Devices like smartwatches and other gadgets.
Required Skills :
- Good communication skills in English (Voice Versant 58)& Hindi
- Graduates or Undergraduates
- Ability to handle irate customers
- Minimum 1 Year BPO Work Experience Mandatory.
- Solve technical queries
- A team player
- Active listening and questioning, an eye for detail to determine the root cause of the issue, to avoid repeat contacts, and further effort to resolve issues
- Display Ownership and accountability
- Quickly build trust and confidence with the customer
- Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively, and empathetically
- Excellent comprehension and articulation skills
- Excellent communication skills written
- This is a Day rotational shift process.
- Five-day working with 2days rotational off
- Work Location Brook Field
- Salary 23900 + 4k Inc performance + 1500 Att Allowance
- CAB : 1 Way Cab (only night)- Free transport for women Employees only at night (7 pm - 7 am) - Male Employees will be charged (charges for cab 1 way Rs. 75)
