G.M. Developers - Executive - Sales (4-6 yrs)
Profile: Sales Executive
- Work as a site sales executive, generate leads through self generated data, attend drop-ins.
- Visit all major Channel Partner offices to build and maintain relationships in the relevant areas. Constant follow-up with Channel Partners, drop-ins.
- Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
- Maintaining proper records of potential customer and making various reports. Constant follow-ups with channel partners and potential customers.
- Participating in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure.
- Experience: 4+ years of full time working in real estate sales.
- Qualifications: Postgraduate (MBA, MSc, MMS or equivalent)/Graduate (BCom, BBA, BMS)
- Stipend: 4-6lac pa
- Language Fluency: English, Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi.
