Job Description:
- Responsible for Customer Service Operations of the entire circle which includes effective handling of Customer Satisfaction, Adherence to SLAs, Manage Collections, Churn Management and Query Resolution.
Candidate Profile:
- Engg. Graduate or MBA with 12 - 15 yrs exp out of which min 4 - 5 yrs in Customer Service Function of Telecom Service Provider.
- Should have handled Customer Service Function of a Telecom Service Provider as Head - Customer Service.
