GM - B2B Sales - Travel (10-15 yrs)
Monitor the overall performance of the sales team and also be an integral part to improve the volume of business individually. ( Sales Team applies where ever Team Reporting)
Mapping customer satisfaction level, identifying weak areas and coordinating with respective departments to strengthen service delivery to total client satisfaction
Target for fresh business on a regular basis and increase the volume every fortnight and also assist the team to improve business.
Making strategies to expand the B2B business vertically & horizontally.
Contribute tactical and long term strategic drivers to capture and retain a reasonable market share across all potential market segments. Customized marketing and sales plan to the needs of the India Market
Explore new business avenues and assign appropriate sales force to maintain enhance business
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Handle existing clients and ensure service level is maintained for all the clients.
Reviewing daily/weekly reports of sales visits, sales plans.
Sharing ideas for promoting products and generating awareness in the market.
Helping in tie-up with big corporates for improving the business from the market.
Monitor the outstanding of the team members and extend help in collecting the outstanding amounts.
Customer acquisition and making sure market share is improving constantly
Look for Franchisee expansion plan and work on a plan approach.

10-15 years- experience of travel sales

Ability to work in pressure, flexible in terms of timings, can build strong relationship with customer.
