GM/AGM - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (14-20 yrs)
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new clients
- Retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time. Ideally, become a strategic partner and advisor to the client, discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit.
- Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.
- Identifying large accounts and curating business offerings for them.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet
- Managing the inside sales team and post-sales follow up
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Monitoring market trends, Key Accounts Analysis and providing regular competitor feedback
Desired Experience :
- A degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 14 to 20 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales
- You have a strong track record of success within key account management and experience in dealing with Senior Leaders of various industries (CHROs, CEOs, Founders)
- The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering client-focused solutions and should be highly goal-oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver.
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity with CRM tools (eg. Salesforce)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Experience in a - Service Industry- in Corporate Sales in large deals is a MUST
