GlowRoad - Manager - Digital Marketing (5-9 yrs)
Responsibility :
- Owning the whole digital acquisition piece for GlowRoad across all channels like Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, etc. and be responsible for cost and performance targets
- Working closely with the Product, Category and Marketing team to create the growth strategy
- Running experiments on growth and strategy to help chart out the future business strategy for GlowRoad
- Continually reviewing bid optimization, creative and ads development strategies
- Monitoring and reporting short and long-term customer trends from internal and market data
- Measure and manage - daily and weekly report
- Analyse on Competitor's marketing strategies
Qualification :
- Performance marketing experience in a fast-paced start-up environment
- A combination of analytical and creative thinking
