Glossaread Technologies - Executive - Sales Operation (0-1 yrs)
We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Operation Executive for India's fastest growing EdTech Startup. Here you will take full responsibility for converting sales leads into Glossaread customers.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Will be responsible for the day-to-day
- Welcoming, verifying & registering users to the Glossaread platform.
- Assisting users with payments & creating a record within the platform upon receipt of payment
- Acknowledge receipt of Payment to users
- Ensuring proper on-boarding of every user on the platform after registration & subscription.
- Work closely with the sales manager to ensure all tasks are completed appropriately & Escalate critical issues to the sales manager for a quick resolution.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 12th or Graduation degree or equivalent.
- Ability to problem-solve.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Must be trustworthy & diligent.
Location : Anywhere in India
Experience : Fresher
Salary : 7000 to 10000 per month
Must-Have : Laptop/Desktop, Smart Phone & Good Internet connectivity.
Languages : Hindi & English, Any regional language will be an added advantage
