The range of responsibilities you will be expected to handle:
- Handling brand's social media channels - Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin & YouTube
- Designing monthly social media calendar in addition to posting of content
- Creating social media graphics, reels and blog posts
- Assisting the Sales and Marketing departments with campaigns and events
- Conducting market research and developing effective marketing strategies
- Creating engaging and SEO friendly content for the company's website, social media pages and for press releases
- Preparing and conducting surveys/questionnaires to gather consumer feedback
- Creating workflows on Zoho to implement customer engagement and retention strategies
- Performing administrative tasks such as updating databases and spreadsheet
