Glosel - Executive - Sales (1-15 yrs)
Roles & Responsibility:
- Planning the targets and goals set for the area.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base
- Servicing the needs of the existing customers
- Increasing business through various sales strategies.
- Collection of Payments from the customers
- Collecting customer feedback.
- Keeping up to date knowledge with products and competitors
- Maintaining accurate sales records
- Organizing training programs for the customers
- Organizing seminars and workshops to increase the sales.
- Negotiating and getting signed contracts and packages from customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Collecting related data from the market on prescribed format provided from time to time.
- Obtain branding site measurements and provide the same to the Head office for designing and fixing the posters at the customer's place.
- Deliver as and when required promotion materials to the customers.
- Conduct marketing programs as and when required at the customers and prospects.
- Establish retail display in salons and improve retail sales.
- Discuss and set schedule for product in-salon demo for our technical staff.
