Gloify - Manager - Sales (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify new clients and markets and build a pipeline.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Experience in staffing solution.
- Achieve growth and attain monthly or quarterly sales target.
- Exceeding monthly and quarterly lead generation & closure targets.
- Supply new sales opportunities through lead outbound cold calls and emails
- Following-up on leads from phone inquiries and referrals.
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects within assigned territory
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Visiting customers to ensure a robust funnel for opportunities.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions.
- To drive marketing activities such as trade shows, campaigns, and other promotional activities.
- Develop a positive working relationship with partners to build a business
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT Sales.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Strong phone presence and experience of calls.
- Proficient with web presentation tools.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Keen to travel
