Gloify - B2B Sales Role (4-6 yrs)
Role Description:
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with prospects, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process for our innovative Gen AI solution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate appointments and qualified opportunities by rigorously researching and prospecting within the assigned region/market.
- Initiate cold calls, creative email campaigns, and other outreach strategies to engage and convert prospects.
- Understand customer needs and qualify leads for the sales team to ensure a smooth handover.
- Execute outreach campaigns using personalized and strategic messaging to engage prospects.
- Maintain and update records in the company's CRM, ensuring data accuracy and proper follow-up.
- Develop creative emails and strategies to capture the interest of potential customers and nurture leads.
- Leverage sales tools such as Outreach, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Zoho CRM for efficient prospecting and engagement.
- Stay informed about SaaS sales trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to the role.
Education Qualifications:
Graduates / MBA
Key Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience as an SDR in the SaaS space preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in SaaS sales will also be considered.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Outreach, Apollo, and Sales Navigator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling outreach messages.
- Ability to read emotional cues, understand customer needs, and steer conversations effectively.
- A keen ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
