GlocalBazaar - Seller Onboarding Role (0-1 yrs)
This position is responsible for driving Seller Acquisition through tele-sales process. The candidate is also responsible for ensuring appropriate sales processes are followed and highest levels of controls, and compliance are adhered to while managing the end to end sales cycle.
The duties and responsibilities of this position includes but not limited to:
1. Register Sellers (MSMEs) through Calls and emails on SpanBuy
2. Achieving- sales- targets through fresh seller acquisition and growing existing seller base
3. Need Analysis, prospecting, negotiation, closing on commercials and deals
4. Building and managing strong relationships with sellers
5. Guiding through online sign-up and online payment process
6. Maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS for reporting and analysis
7. Maintain clean processes and ensure process adherence
8. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly business targets
Qualifications:
- Ability to build a base of sellers, focused on acquisition of premium prospects through consultative selling approaches
- Ability to analyze market intelligence & implement market share strategies
- Graduates having 0 month - 1 year of relevant seller acquisition experience
- Excellent Inter personal and communication skills
- Preferably from eCommerce, Retail, Banking, Insurance & Financial Services sector, Travel Sales sectors
