GlocalBazaar- Executive - Business Development (0-1 yrs)
Executive - Business Development will be responsible for end-to-end operation management of the vendor/seller. The main responsibilities are:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Vendor Acquisition :
- Shall be responsible for vendor/seller on-boarding on our platform
- To cater to specific business verticals of micro, small, medium enterprises(MSMEs).
- Guide the sellers/vendors on the benefits of registering on our e-commerce platform.
Vendor Account Management :
- Rapport building, Catalog Management and Content Management
- Communicating with the vendors through calls and e-mails
- Ensure good account health by coordinating with the Seller Acquisition team
- Upgrade Sellers on our marketplace so that sellers find their prospect buyers
- Follow-ups with Vendors to ensure smooth running of their store
Report Management :
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS for reporting and analysis
Target Achievement :
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly business targets
