Business Development Manager
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic business development professional to help us in our daily operations and client servicing for our International business. Person will be the front face of the company and have to interact with different international clients for our day to day operations. VAS background person will be more preferable. He/She should have handled Europe & Latam market for atleast 4-5 years.
JOB Responsibilities :
- Drive AOP numbers & revenues.
- Serve as the touch point for account management matters.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs & present it to the management
- Manage day to day operations Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal and external team to identify the issue & get it resolved with cross functional team.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-business support. Assist with challenging client requests or issue and manage escalations as needed.
Job Requirements :
- Basic understanding of the telco & content business.
- Proficiency in MS Office and preparing data & ppt.
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge & Excellent Communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to build rapport Time management and planning skills.
- Must be post graduate in any stream Excellent listening, writing, negotiation and presentation skills
