Key Skills :

- Someone with strategic account management and business development experience and pro-active on achieving company set targets / setting the business plan, targeting customers, responding / handling major tenders and closing deals.

- Strong business acumen and capable of identifying the different group subsidiaries value propositions and building the right market awareness.

- Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable in dealing with directors and c-level clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prospect within assigned accounts to uncover business needs.

- Market hunting to promote GlobeSoft Qatar's positioning within the Qatar market

- Create a detailed account map for 5-7 prospective accounts

- Develop and organize new business development initiatives

- Generate sales for software, solutions, and services into prospective customers & build a strong pipeline.

- Responsible for achievement of Total Revenue Target

- Coordinate resources from sales and services staff for solution selling.

- Work in conjunction with the presales and service delivery teams to negotiate contracts and bids.

- Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts to management.
