Sales Coordinator
Work Location: Bangalore
Globe Moving wishes to expand its Sales & Pricing team and is looking for a Sales & Pricing Coordinator who has work experience & skills in Sales, Pricing, handling Clients over the call and should have the ability to sell on a Call.

(2). Convert leads into orders.
(3). Import Export Move Coordinator is a middle-level position within Globe Moving's sales & pricing and will report to the Customer Service Manager - Pricing & Sales Manager.
Job description:
- Receive enquiries from Corporate, Private, and Agents & Record Incoming enquiries into the ERP/CRM.
- Call customers and conduct telephonic surveys / video surveys / arrange a physical survey to understand customer requirements.
- Receive survey details and obtain costs from operations, transporters, agents.
- Negotiate best rates from agents, transporters, and partners to enhance chances of winning the lead and increasing profitability.
- Prepare an accurate and submit the proposal on time.
- Follow-up, negotiate, and covert the lead into an order.
- Look for opportunities for upselling, cross-selling services, and increasing shipment profitability.
- Obtain all paperwork from the customer, prepare new files and hand over complete job details to customer support and operations teams.
- Coordinate with customer, corporate, agent, sales team members, customer support, accounts, etc., to ensure high-quality customer experience.
- Making outgoing sales and marketing calls to generate new enquiries / new corporates.
- Coordinate and support sales and marketing teams including obtaining and fixing appointments for the corporate sales team.
- Attend to customer queries, respond politely, and delight customers by going the extra mile.
- Ensure all physical files, CRM and ERP are maintained meticulously, documents and reports are up to date as per ISO / FIDI requirements.
- Ensure payment terms are adhered to as per credit policy.
- Prepare MIS, review the MIS, and submit analysis reports and carry out all other jobs assigned to you.

- Should have excellent skills in sales and rapport building.
- Should have excellent communication and should be able to speak to high profile customers.
- Should have a positive attitude and willingness to take up any challenge.
- Should be able to handle a high-pressure environment, take decisions quickly and have a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Should be able to multitask, set priorities, manage timelines, and meet strict deadlines.
- Should be able to read, analyze and interpret client needs and policies.
- Should be flexible, work after hours and during weekends if required.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Should have minimum 2 years prior experience in sales and pricing.
- Prefer candidates with prior work experience and knowledge in the Packing and Moving Industry, Transport, Logistics, Import & Export Industry are also preferred.
- Should be a graduate.
- Should have a very good working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft, Excel, and other IT Skills.
- Should be able to read, speak and write in English fluently.
- Should be able to understand and speak in local languages.
