- Sales Head Job Opening & Role: Globe Moving wishes to expand its corporate business and is seeking a Sales Head to Develop Sales Strategy
- Develop and Manage a Pan India Sales TeamDevelop Corporate Business and Achieve business targets.
- Sales Head is a Senior level position within Globe Movings sales department and will report to the Directors of the company.
Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Developing a sales strategy including segmenting the market to draw a shortlist of target customers
- Establishing sales objectives and projecting expected sales volume to achieve the annual sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and Lead a national sales team including motivating and providing feedback to the team members on performance, identifying areas of development, and coaching them for enhancement/improvement.
- Identify and acquire new corporates to increase penetration and market share.
- Generate revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and re-selling of all products Ensuring excellent service delivery to clients with the goal of higher client retention and satisfaction.
- Create high-quality sales collateral like presentations, information packs, pamphlets, and other sales materials to present to customers.
- Ensure enhancement of sales effectiveness through standardization of processes, creation of and training the team on standardized sales collateral.
- Use analytics, CRM, and inside sales to increase focus to where visits are made to improve conversion rates and reduce costs to acquire customers.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration such as sharing market and competitor intelligence with Product and Marketing teams to enhance offerings.
- Developing an ecosystem and striking collaborations with other partners.
- Visit clients, Conducts surveys, Prepare client proposals, follow up, negotiate and convert opportunities into business.
- Keep track of market developments, competitors, and take proactive measures to sustain business goals.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and seminars.
- Maintain MIS and Submit Daily, Monthly, Quarter Reports to management.
- Study data and provide analytical reports and trends.
Candidate Profile : Experience with creating and implementing a standardized sales process.
- Strong leadership skills are indicated by the ability to coach the team on sales pitches and leverage their historical relationships to close sales.
- Excellent business and commercial acumen, in addition to rapport building, influencing, selling, negotiating, and closing.
- Process-driven with extensive knowledge of sales principles and best practices, especially within consultative selling.
- Data-driven so as to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Excellent communication skills.Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, with high attention to detail.Curiosity, humility, and willingness to learn.
- Strategic thinker and have strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage or work with a team.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and should be able to present to senior management and to large groups.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take up any challenge.Ability to handle a high-pressure environment and have a solution-oriented approach to problem solving and decision-making.
- Multitask, set priorities, manage timelines, and meet strict deadlines.
- Read, analyze and interpret client needs, policies, and contract documents.
- Flexible, willing to travel, work after hours and during weekends.
- Read, speak and write in English fluently. Understand and speak in local languages.
Experience & Qualifications :
- Should have a minimum of 10 years prior corporate sales experience with a proven track record of prospects and securing new corporate Salclients.
- Should have a minimum of 5 years in managing and leading Pan India sales teams.
- Candidates with prior experience and knowledge of Moving, Global Mobility, or Logistics will be preferred.
- Should have prior familiarity with selling and dealing with large Fortune 500, Global 1000, and Top Indian corporates.Should have experience in the preparation of proposals, RFP, or Tenders.
- Should be a graduate, but postgraduates will be preferred.
- Should have a very good working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft, and other IT Skills.
