Job Description
- Hands-on experience in the restaurant, packaged drinking water & bakeries segment
- Ready to take on a challenge & build a start-up & introduce Saachi packaged drinking water in the markets
- Maintaining & increasing sales of packaged water
- Building business for Saachi in the hospitality sector i.e. hotels, cafes, coffee shops, bakeries, caterers, canteens, pubs, restaurants, lounges, etc.
- Strive to build and maintain strategic long-term relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
- The ability to penetrate high-end orders - marriages, events, cricket matches, conferences, seminars, corporate events, etc.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Implement sales strategies that lead to high consumer satisfaction.
- Setting sales targets for individual reps & the team as a whole
- Allocating areas to sales representatives
- Monitoring your team's performance & motivating them to reach targets
- Taking responsibility for the team's performance
