Job Description:
- Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred
- Sending mailers, SMS and maintain records, keeping customer track
- Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling.
- Managing, tracking, and following up on leads by calling them
- Creating and updating activity reports.
- Answers customer questions about products or the company.
- Ask Questions to understand customer requirements and close.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Follow up with clients regularly and convert them into sales.
- Ability to multitask and quickly interpret complex information.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, both over the phone and mail.
- Should be open to working in a challenging start-up environment
- Responsible for making cold calls to restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, caterers, pubs, lounges, bakeries
