GlobalLogic - Specialist - Marketing (6-8 yrs)
- Creating and executing marketing campaigns for internal (employee) and external (prospective employee or customer) audiences.
- Responsible to create strong processes and channels that enable communications flow across or within functions and locations.
- Develop and ensure execution of communication Templates company-wide.
- Responsible to partner with the HR/ TAG department to help create or improve on-boarding programme, new centre setup processes, cross-centre team-building etc.
- Understand and align with company level messaging and ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication including development, organizing and education.
- Edit, design, and print internal or external publications, company information, internal & external brochures and other marketing material required for campuses, and any other external activity/event.
- Ensure consistent framing of messages. Monitoring and updating TV displays and other communications efforts for effective communication.
- Publish videos, photography, written and digital content on company website, blogs and social media.
- Take charge of physical events at office - ensure appropriate communication mediums and branding.
- Owning internal engagement initiatives- Organizing and branding them.
