Global Tree - Senior Telecaller (2-4 yrs)
- Handles incoming calls and records them in ERP.
- Also handles leads that we receive from JD, Sulekha, Online etc.
- Calls 100 calls a day and gathers 4 confirmations for walk-ins.
- Out of 100, at least 50 should be successful conversations with the students.
- Generates at least 25 walk-ins from her callings per month but when we disclose the target to her, let us double it and say 50.
- Lead Management and transfers all leads in ERP, department wise.
- Maintaining all relevant reports in an excel sheet day wise as a backup.
