About the Company: GlobalShiksha is an Accel Partners funded company. We provide supplementary education products from LKG to class 12th. Our target segment is parents of India. We also have an app called educhat which tried to bring parents and teachers together. Our customer base is more than 3 lakh parents and counting. Responsibilities
1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
3. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
5. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
7. Should be well aware of metrics measurement, performance measurement, driving the team to meet the targets.
8. KPI measurement-Coming out with metrics to analyze the sales performance.
9. Optimizing the entire sales process.
10. Should build and manage delivery team and ensuring targets are not.
11. Give constant feedback to the team.
12. Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
13. Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
14. Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.
15. Manage the use of budgets.
16. Define optimal sales force structure.
17. Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.
18. Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
19. Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.
Requirements
1. Consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
2. Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
3. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
4. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
5. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
6. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
7. Should have handled a team of 40-50 members.
8. Should have B2C experience.
