- GlobalShiksha is an Accel funded company. We provide supplementary education products from LKG to class 12th.
- We cater to both B2B and B2C segment of India. Our app called "educhat" tried to bring parents and teachers together.
- Our customer base is more than 3 lakh parents and counting. We are looking for self-motivated and energetic manager who has proven track record of handling and working with channel development.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and on-board new channel partners (Preferabally BPO partners) within assigned territory.
- Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
- Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
- Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
- Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings.
- Building and handling team to delight partners.
This is Pan-India role and we are looking for talents across India, no specific location
Requirements:
- Candidate should have experience in channel sales distribution (especially BPO) of insurance industry (Minimum 10 years)
- Excellent communication skill and team handling capablility
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Candidate must have good relationship and have worked with minimum 20 BPO partners.
- Must have worked minimum 3 years in the same company
