- Should have exposure in tele sales experience.
- Candidate must be excellent in driving team, motivating the team, increase revenue.
- Should have handled a team of minimum 15-20 people.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience and 2-5 years as a team lead.
- Candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Assisting core team in developing new sales and marketing strategy.
- Preparing internal marketing /sales report.
- Ability to hire, train and manage the sales team and get the work done.
- Must have clear understanding of sales matrices.
