Global Sales Role - Semiconductor - APAC (12-15 yrs)
Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications :
- Engineering Degree, MBA or other Master's Degree required
- Minimum of 12-15 years of Sales (Hunting) experience in the APAC Area (Global market experience is a big plus)
- Must have Product Engineering Services sales experience across ISV, Networking, Consumer, Semiconductor, Mobility industry / start up experience highly preferred sold to Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial space
- Effective communication and team building skills required
- Strong financial management skills
- Ability to influence and persuade others in order to manage business effectively
- Proven track record in team performance
- Strong analytical and analysis skills required
- Effective understanding of budgeting creation and management
- Responsible for delivering annual sales and profit goals by building strong relationships with the team, effectively managing client relationships within the specified marketplace and providing clear direction and leadership to the sales organization.
Key Domain Skills & Responsibilities :
- Drive overall Revenue targets, Sales Planning, Process, Business Strategy and own complete companywide revenue target including APAC Geography.
- Develop annual Collaborative Business Plans, Periodic Tactical Business Plans, and appropriately partner with others Sales Managers on the management of Collaborative Business Plans. Monitor YTD progress vs. plan and monitors team's performance against plan; conduct weekly progress checks of team performance.
- Set expectations with key sales personnel on pricing guidelines, subscription volume, distribution, display execution, and other sales activities
- Develop pricing strategies through review of Competitive Pricing Reports (CPRs) across Embedded /product Engineering Services (PES) Industry
- Communicate brand strategy, standards and prioritization to Sales Team; including appropriate focus on key brand and online channel priorities.
- Develop annual, quarterly and monthly sales forecasts as needed & meet committed Revenue Nos
- Participate and advise in business development matters, including sales calls, market blitzes and provide in-market Leadership to sales teams
- Work directly with key on and off premise customers and maintain direct contact with key accounts within region
- Develop and maintain collaborative and supportive working relationship with Sales Team and encourage open communication across Engineering & BD Teams.
- Foster and leverage strong personal relationships with all levels of customer and account management including ownership
- Partner with marketing team and provide strategic recommendations to Promotions, Brand Marketing, and Inside Sales teams
- Conduct market surveys, evaluate results and provide direction to sales teams for improvement.
- Provide near accurate Sales forecasts and insights in Sales and Operations Review process monthly
- Strong in Account Management, Sourcing, Evaluation, Negotiation, Leadership, Creative, Persistent, Communication skills are essential
