Global Sales Role - Logistics Firm (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities
- To acquire aggregator customers & carrier partners across APAC region,
- Responsible for identifying, qualifying & closing new opportunities.
- Shall own the entire commercial engagement from proposal development, pricing strategy, negotiation to close.
- Build and execute strategies to achieve numbers above AOP's.
- Maintaining the highest levels of customers satisfactions.
- Create SWAP Deals on WIN-WIN basis & keep close watch of deal fulfilment followed by proactive actions for any short falls. - Cultivate relationships with customers, optimize their performance & identify additional business opportunities to expand revenues.
- Work with internal teams in a collaborative manner to execute account specific sales strategies.
- Work diligently with cross-functional teams in Product, Marketing, Support, Operations etc. to make sure of highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Ownership of relationship with MNO/Aggregators/HUB routing teams to have fully fledge understanding of route features & regulations across APAC.
- Ensure timely payment collections from the assigned accounts
Qualifications/Experience :
- MBA -Sales & Marketing / Postgraduate in similar stream
- 2-4 years of total experience. Experience in A2P market of minimum 2 years is preferred
