Global Sales Executive - SaaS & AI Solutions (2-7 yrs)

Position Summary :


The Global Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, acquiring new customers, and growing existing accounts across multiple regions. You will work closely with the leadership team and product teams to understand customer needs, tailor solutions, and deliver compelling value propositions for our SaaS and AI-based software solutions. Your role will involve identifying new markets, creating strategic partnerships, and executing a consultative sales approach that aligns with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities :


- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a global sales strategy to drive revenue growth, build a strong sales pipeline, and close new business in the SaaS and AI product space.


- Consultative Selling: Engage with C-suite executives, decision-makers, and IT leaders to understand their business needs and present tailored AI and SaaS-based software solutions that solve their most pressing challenges.


- Functional Product Demos: Conduct live, functional demonstrations of the product, highlighting key features, benefits, and how the solution addresses specific business needs. Ability to customize demos based on the client's industry and pain points.


- Customer Success Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding, retention, and upsell opportunities for existing clients.


- Global Market Expansion: Research and penetrate new international markets, with a focus on scaling sales efforts in regions with high potential for AI and SaaS adoption., etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience, preferably with 1 years in selling SaaS and/or I-based software products to enterprise and mid-market clients.

- Global Sales Expertise: Experience selling and managing sales cycles in international markets. Knowledge of global business practices and cultural nuances is a plus.

- Solution-Oriented: Ability to understand customer pain points and position AI/SaaS solutions as a strategic advantage.

- Tech-Savvy: Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, AI technologies, and how they can deliver value to businesses across industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail etc).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Academic Background: An engineering or an MBA degree

- Technical Background: A technical background in software engineering, data science, or a related field is a plus.
