Global Partnerships Manager (2-4 yrs)
A Global Partnerships Manager is responsible for establishing, managing, and growing strategic partnerships with international organizations, businesses, or stakeholders. This role involves developing collaborative relationships to drive mutual growth, expand market reach, and achieve business objectives across multiple countries or regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and creating strategies for global partnerships that align with the company's business goals and expansion efforts.
- Establishing strong, lasting relationships with key international partners, including vendors, suppliers, distributors, and potential collaborators.
- Leading negotiations and structuring deals that benefit both parties, ensuring the company's interests are protected while creating win-win scenarios.
- Researching new global markets and identifying opportunities for expansion through partnerships, understanding regional dynamics and business environments.
- Working closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, legal, and operations) to ensure that partnership objectives align with the company's overall strategy.
- Overseeing the drafting, execution, and renewal of partnership contracts, ensuring compliance with both local and international regulations.
- Monitoring the success of existing partnerships, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting results to senior management.
- Addressing any issues that arise in partnerships, ensuring conflicts are resolved efficiently and maintaining strong business relationships.
- Representing the company at global events, conferences, or meetings to cultivate new partnership opportunities and increase brand visibility internationally.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
