- Candidate should well versed with Excel and email writing
- Should well versed with MIS reports
- Presentable & good communication skill req.
- Need to coordinate with sales team related to sales activities.
- Handling of and taking responsibility for customer enquiries made via phone and email involving technical sales engineer.
- Preparing Quotations and submitting to customers.
- Follow up with customers for orders / offer status.
- Ensure timely execution of supplies / dispatches.
- Responsible for regular feedback, timely & accurate reports of customers.
- Maintain the database on regular basis.
- Tracking Monthly dispatch and follow-up with Sales Team.
- Co-ordination with customer & sales team for collection of payments.
- Responsible for handling all customers complain and provide them a satisfactory solution.
- Candidate should be based near to OKHLA
