Global Marketing Automation Role - Marketing - IT (1-2 yrs)

This is an inspiring and dynamic role with focus on Marketing Automation within the Siemens Digital Industries Communications & Strategic Marketing Team.

- As a Global Marketing Automation Expert (f/m/d), you are responsible for creating, deploying, and managing the effective use of our marketing automation tool (currently Eloqua).

- Support and train the demand generation community through consultancy, processes, trainings, and workshops.

- Responsible for execution of global email campaigns, lead lifecycle framework, automated forms, triggered and outbound emails as well as segmentation.

- This role is key to maintaining high quality standards and link marketing automation tactics to CRM and ultimately revenue.

- Scouting for new innovative marketing automation trends and tools, developing pilot use cases within Siemens

- Assure close collaboration between Demand Generation community, Campaign Owners and Sales, develop and execute vision for marketing automation programs, identifying new campaign opportunities that support business objectives

- Maintain and iterate global lead scoring and grading models by using dashboards and reports for overall effectiveness metrics

- Execute and further automate the global lead push to CRM, also virtual, hybrid and physical events

What you need to make real what matters ?

- Master`s Degree in marketing, computer science, business administration, or a comparable discipline.

- To bridge the gap between communications, marketing and sales in a complex software driven ecosystem you need an affinity to IT and data in general

- Several years of professional experience in email marketing and interactive marketing within the B2B area

- Direct experience with marketing automation platforms, especially Oracle Eloqua, CRM (i.e. Salesforce) and analytics systems (i.e. Oracle Insight, Tableau, Power BI) is a must

- Proven track record in delivering complex digital marketing projects on a global scale and/or campaign execution experiences

- You have good knowledge of a state-of-the-art marcom concepts, practices, metrics, and procedures

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Superior Communication Skills : 


- You are fluent in English and are able explain complex topic in an engageable way. 


- Additional languages are welcome
