Job overview: We are looking for a telesales business development representative with excellent communication skills and customer handling abilities.
The profile includes contacting potential customers, pitching the products from a prescribed script, focus on the customer's requirements and ensure lead conversion. The profile plays a key role in acquiring new business.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Initiating sales and engaging with potential customers over phone
- Determine customer's requirements, pitch our products accordingly and influence them to visit our office for career counselling
- Document customer information and schedule an appointment with the counselling team
- Follow up with customers to ensure lead conversion
Salary & Career progression:
Fixed salary - 12,000 to 14,000 per month.
It is a target oriented profile. Variable incentive payout is based on target achievement %.
Qualification & skills:
- All graduates and post graduates with or without experience can apply
- Excellent English speaking skills
- Basic computer skills for capturing customer details
- Customer handling ability
