Global Audio Text Solutions - Business Development Executive (0-1 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
- Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
- Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
- Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Manage the floor activities and attend the customers. Managing store walk-ins & converting them.
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Conduct market research to push the right products and services to the perspective customers or client.
- Understanding industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Motivation for Sale.
- Good comprehension & interpretation skills to understand customer issues / complaints and respond in accordance.
