Role : Business Development Manager
Experience: 4-6 Years
Responsibilities :
- Identify the leads, new market opportunities in terms of industry, area, country.
- Drive opportunities from lead to deal
- Understand and develop client needs and client relationships
- Understand and position company's engineering services offerings with clients
- Collaborate with marketing & engineering to submit and close winning engineering services proposals
- Collaborate with engineering to manage existing customers.
- Planning and maintaining the sales funnel and meeting company set targets.
- Hands-on experience on Conversion.
- Able to study engineering requirements, identify and qualify new potential customer.
- Experience of Technical products /industrial application engineering and able to communicate effectively with key decision makers.
- Demand forecasting and sales planning.
- Developing business relationships through networking.
Skills :
- Good communication skills, Presentation skills and IT fluency
- Good interpersonal relationship skills
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
- The ability to handle pressure and Skill in prioritising and triaging obligations
- Knowledge in technical sales
- Experience in managing online/digital marketing campaigns for demand generation
