Glentec - Executive - Business Development - Engineering Services Domain (0-1 yrs)
Role Summary/Purpose :
- The Business development executive is responsible for leading customer relationships with the US team
- Be the face for GLENTEC commercial Org. and advocate where needed, coordinate across P&L function.
- Responsible for orders, commitments and convertible orders for a defined region.
- The role will manage the customer relationship for their respective region.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Lead deal negotiations & closure with customers partnering with commercial operations & product sales leaders.
- Develop winning strategies, to achieve order closure.
- This role will partner with the Regional Product Marketing teams to understand the customer environment at the regional level and support the development of sales strategies focused on longer-term serviceable segment, expansion, and penetration.
- Support the maintenance of the accurate and current project and opportunity information.
- Strategic assessment to maintain accurate plant/asset data and assess each asset in relation to growth opportunity.
- Build growth plans by Sales Deals, coordinate with other functions in driving detailed Sales reviews. periodically.
Qualifications/Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business from an accredited university or college.
- 0 to 1 years of experience in industry-related engineering, sales and/or marketing.
- Need to understand US slang
- Ready to work in US shifts(8PM To 4 AM(Approx.)
- Work from home option is available
- Male preferred
Desired Characteristics :
- Brief understanding of the commercial cycle - including product line/marketing/sales/commercial operations/engineering.
- Strong Sales management skills, including developing relationships, financial & analytical skills & strategic planning capabilities.
- Strong presentation skills at the executive level.
