Business Development Executive/US Shift
Job Description :
- Should have experience in IT SERVICES Sales
- Consistently build, track and handle a pipeline of opportunities in CRM, provide accurate forecasts, delight customers by exceeding outbound Sales Services
- Research and call relevant stakeholders to describe Gleecus' service lines and setting up meetings with stakeholders
- Prospecting by making a minimum of 100 outbound calls via various lead channels to nurture relationships and generate qualified sales leads
- Ability to have sprints with stakeholders to understand company's vision
Required Candidate Profile :
- 1 to 5 years of experience in IT Sales (US mandatory)
- Knowledge of upselling and cross-selling is preferred but not mandatory
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage
- Excellent communication & reporting skills
- Capable of learning on the fly
- Exceptional business acumen, customer focus, listening skills, negotiating & influencing ability
- Go Getter with a Can do attitude
- Immediate Joiners are preferred
