Job Summary : We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging existing clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.

- To be successful as a business development executive, you should attend networking events with the intention of attracting and retaining clientele. Ultimately, an outstanding business development executive will keep a close eye on clients' feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations.

10. Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close

Qualifications:

1. 1-3 years of experience in Sales(Inside Sales Experience Preferred)

2. Graduation (Marketing or Business Administration Preferred)

3. Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.

4.Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. The candidate is required to approach prospective clients with the aim of propelling the vision of the company to new clients.

2. Pitch products, dealership and affiliation to customers, retailers/distributors and architects/interior designers.

3. Timely follow ups and conversion into sales.

4. Manage client accounts generated and assigned.

5. A self-starter and go-getter who can effectively work within a strong team culture.

6. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, mapping and qualifying potential leads.

7. Leverage in-place marketing and sales automation platform and tools to be more productive and purposeful in approach.
