Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identifying potential clients, pitching beauty and cosmetic products with better margin rate.
- Generating sales leads and ability to negotiate
- Experience in beauty and cosmetic sales
- Ability to get new clients and negotiation skills
- Building and managing strong relationships with prospective customers
- Manage sales pipeline and understanding of market conditions
- Upselling to existing clients with effective follow-ups
- Track metrics to ensure targets are achieved
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
- Demonstrated sales success
