Glam Studios - Manager - Customer Support/Business Development (1-6 yrs)
Responsibility :
1 Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gains and customer satisfaction.
2 Conduct research to identify new markets and customer need arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
3 Promote the company's product/services addressing or predicting client objectives
4 Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to low-established rules and guidelines
5 Keep records of sales,revenue,invoices etc.
6 Provide trustworthy feedback and after -sales support Build long -term relationships with new and existing customers
7- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
Requirements :
1 Work experience as a business development manager.
2 Sales track record
3 Experience in customer support.
4 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g.Sales force)
5 Proficiency in English
6 Market knowledge
7 Good communication and negotiations skills
8 Ability to build rapport
9 Time management and planning skills
