Glam Studios - Manager - Business Development (3-6 yrs)
Responsibility
1- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gains and customer satisfaction.
2- Conduct research to identify new markets and customers and arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
3- Promote the company's product/services addressing or predicting client objectives
4- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to low-established rules and guidelines
5- Keep records of sales,revenue,invoices etc.
6- Provide trustworthy feedback and after -sales support Build long -term relationships with new and existing customers
7- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
Requirements :
1- Work experience as a business development manager.
2- Sales track record
3- Experience in customer support.
4- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g.Sales force)
5- Proficiency in English
6- Market knowledge
7- Good communication and negotiations skills
8- Ability to build rapport
9- Time management and planning skills
10- Bsc/MBA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
