Glam - Key Account Manager (3-4 yrs)

Mission

1. Building the Joint Business Plan, defining the metrics, and driving the sales of the specific eCommerce accounts and building relationships with the Planning and executing complete business operations of e-commerce at each level - Front end operations, Product Assortment, Distribution and brand marketing activities to increase the digital presence of the brand and product performance.

Key Responsibilities : 

1. This role will be responsible for the delivery of Revenue (primary & secondary offtakes) for a portfolio of our Brands on multiple eCommerce Platforms

2. Ownership and delivery of the commercial plans and brand top line & bottom line.

3. Serve as the primary liaison between ecommerce partners and & brand team.

4. Drive Sales & overall P&L impact for the company business in alignment with business objective.

5. Identify product, service, or marketplace issues, and resolve them accordingly.

6. Manage inventory, offers/ discounts, promotional strategies, and actionable insights responsibility with ownership to drive key business metrics (Conversion, GMV, GMS, Returns, Cancellations, Margins, etc.) on marketplaces.

7. Development and execution of the online marketing activities to drive the business.

8. Budget management for the online channel.

9. Ensuring constant update of new strategies to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of online arena.

10. Prepare and execute planning as per marketing calendar for each season/ event, promotions campaigns.

11. Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends, inventory analysis and identify opportunities for growth. Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives, analyse data and measure results.

12. Ensuring sales are maximized by overseeing our and competitor product offers.

13. Experience to worked with E-commerce start-up Industry would be an added advantage.

14. Ensuring listing/ cataloguing on major platform like Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Purplle etc.

15. Should know how to maintain catalogue hygiene on each platform.

16. Know how to design brand store wireframe on Amazon.

17. Responsible to optimise overall ACOS & increase ROAS month on month.

18. Responsible for debit notes, credit notes and reconciliation part.

19. Responsible to coordinate with the platform's finance POC for month-on-month payments.

20. Have knowledge of Helium 10 and other tools for search terms.

KPI (Individual Key Performance Indicator) : 

1. Branding and sales knowledge

2. Analytical and numerical skills

3. Technical expertise on the online channel.

4. Negotiation Skills

Experience/ Requirement : 

1. Min 3 years of experience in handling online marketplace domain, preferably in FMCG/Ecommerce industry.

2. Experience in preparing and implementing process while doing daily task.

3. Good in coordination and follow-up.

4. Ability to Multi-Task, balance between priorities and deliver to tight timelines.

5. Proactive & self-starter.

Competencies : 

1. Strong communication and presentation skills.

2. Proactive, collaborative, and creative.

3. Proficient in data analysis and MS office tools, especially PPT and excel.

Others : 

1. Flexible in work assigned as per need.
