GIVA - Manager - Corporate Gifting Sales (2-3 yrs)
Role - Corporate Gifting Sales Manager
Responsibilities :
- Coordinating with Corporates for corporate Tie-ups, acquiring market information, corporate gifting, and meeting corporate people & understanding their needs.
- Consistent performance throughout the period achieving far more than the set targets.
- Possessing excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead and work in concert with diverse groups effectively.
- Ability to build new territories and expand opportunities towards the achievement of stated targets.
- Catalog listing for corporates Reward & Recognition, Loyalty Redemption program,
- Chasing Seasonal & Occasion/ Event gifting, OEM/Contract manufacturing leads.
- Responsible for generating leads from promotions, social media, exhibitions, Negotiation with Purchase managers to close the deals.
- Active street on feet by visiting local market vendors to identify new products been introduced in the Gifting category
Requirements :
- Experience - 3 years in Corporate Gifting
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word.
- Excellent communicator and analytical skills
- Understanding of marketing and negotiating technique, Hustler, Go-getter attitude.
What You Will Do :
- Generating qualified leads through different channels and scheduling meeting with key decisionmakers. Travelling in the region to reach out to clients
- Building a trust and deep relationship with the client
- Maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of constantly changing industry landscape and products; Keeping track of competitions
- Ensuring strong relationship with clients to drive repeat business with the customer.
- Meeting sales targets with help from team members
- Acquiring corporate clients & meeting sales target
- Client relationship management, client servicing & account management
- Understanding client requirements, presenting customized gift solutions & quotation
- Working with different teams for end-to-end co-ordination of orders with manufacturing department & ensuring client
Job Responsibilities :
- Building market position among corporates and agencies by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
- Locating/proposing potential business deals for the company by contacting potential partners and by discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Also be involved in the screening of potential deals by analysis of market strategies, details of deal requirements as well as financials.
